Prerequisite: ATTR 340 This course will provide the knowledge, skills and values that an entry-level athletic trainer must possess to recognize, treat, and refer, when appropriate, general medical conditions and disabilities seen in athletes and others involved in physical activity. Students will learn about and apply various general medical principles and practices as they relate to physically active populations.
