Forms are available at the Registrar's Office website via the Student Portal. _____ Drop off a Repeat Course Request Form in the Registrar's Office for any course where you have earned a passing grade, and you wish to retake that same course. Students with an earned Bachelor's Degree should work with the Graduate Admissions office.
