Grades, Transcripts and Diplomas

Students may view final Spring grades on the Web starting Friday evening, May 15th - which is when grades are due. Only courses for which a grade has been submitted are displayed.

Please note that GPA information will not be accurate or final until late May - after all course grades have been received from all faculty, and the full grade maintenance process has been completed.

To access your grades starting the evening of May 15th, please go to http://www.bridgew.edu, log into the Student Portal via myBSU, and continue as outlined:

- Click on InfoBear (Under Quicklinks)
- Click on Registration & Student Information
- Log in with your Banner ID and PIN (see NOTE below*)
- Click on Student
- Click on Student Records
- Click on Final Grades or Academic Transcript
- Select the Spring Term

* NOTE: If you know your Banner ID but have forgotten your PIN, enter your Banner ID, and then click on the Forgot PIN button. If you can answer your security question correctly, you will now be logged in.

Or, if you have forgotten either your Banner ID or PIN, you may now access these numbers at https://services.bridgew.edu/bannerid and log in to that site with your BSU e-mail name and password.

Official Transcripts and Grade Reports

Official transcripts and grade reports with semester grades will not be available in the Registrar's Office until the end of May. Transcripts with graduation information and diplomas will be ready by mid-June. Once exact dates are known, this message on the myBSU Student Portal homepage will be updated. For information on how to order an official transcript, please go to the Registrar's Office website within the BSU Student Portal and click on the appropriate link regarding Transcript Requests.

Diplomas

After all undergraduate and graduate degree candidates are reviewed for degree eligibility, diplomas will be produced. This process is scheduled for completion by mid-June. The message on the myBSU Student Portal homepage will be updated once diplomas are ready for distribution.

Graduate degree recipients will receive their diploma in the mail at their current mailing or permanent address. Undergraduate degree recipients may pick up their diploma for a number of weeks in the Registrar's Office once they are ready in mid-June; and after that time diplomas will be mailed to a student's current mailing or permanent address. It is important that your address information is accurate in the Banner system; and address changes should be submitted to the Registrar's Office in a timely manner.

Attention: Returning Students

Please check your Spring grades carefully to make sure you still qualify to take all of your upcoming Summer and Fall courses. If you withdrew from, failed, or received an Incomplete or below-minimum grade in a course that is a required summer or fall course prerequisite, you should adjust your schedule yourself via the Web as soon as possible. Courses may be administratively dropped from your schedule if you no longer qualify for enrollment.

If you have any questions, please contact the Registrar's Office for assistance at registration@bridgew.edu; or stop by our office (Boyden Hall, room 003) with a photo id.

Congratulations to the Class of 2015! Best wishes to all for a safe and enjoyable summer.
