Attention December 2016 Degree Candidates BSU requires all degree candidates file a degree application with the appropriate office. The formal graduation review process begins with this step. All students who intend to complete their degree requirements by December 2016 must apply for degree completion as follows: Undergraduate students: You must complete a degree application with the Registrar's Office, Boyden Hall, Room 003. Please apply as soon as possible after you have registered for your final courses to ensure a successful degree completion review. At the time you apply to graduate, your Degree Works Worksheets (audits) should show that all requirements are "Complete" or "Complete except for classes in-progress" unless you qualify for an allowable exception. NOTE: The recommended December 2016 degree application deadline was August 1, 2016 and has expired for undergraduate students. If you intend to receive your degree in December, please apply as soon as possible as outlined above! Please check graduation central, http://services.bridgew.edu/GraduationCentral, in late Fall of 2016 for information regarding participation in the May 13, 2017 undergraduate ceremonies. Graduate students: You must submit an approved a degree application to the College of Graduate Studies, Maxwell Library, Room 021. At the time you apply to graduate, your Degree Works Worksheets (audits) should show that all requirements are "Complete" or "Complete except for classes in-progress." Exit requirements such as successful completion of a comprehensive examination, however, may be "Not Complete" at the time of application. NOTE: The recommended deadline for December Master's and CAGS degree completers is October 1, 2016.
