Diplomas for August 2016 graduates are available as outlined below: Undergraduate Diplomas - Available for pickup with photo ID in the Registrar's Office (Boyden Hall, Room 003) through Friday, October 7, 2016. Diplomas may only be given directly to the graduate, or to an authorized individual with a signed release from the graduate. Diplomas not picked up by October 7th will be mailed to the address on file with the University by the end of October. Graduate Diplomas - All diplomas were mailed to students in September. All financial obligations to the University must be resolved prior to diploma or transcript release. Please be sure your most up-to-date address is in our database so your diploma will be mailed to the correct address, and for Alumni Office records. If this information is not correct, you can access an Address Change Form at the Registrar's Office website by selecting Printable Forms. If you have any questions about how to access the Web, or if you do not remember your PIN, please go to https://services.bridgew.edu/bannerid and log on using your BSU e-mail name and password. Or, you may stop by the Registrar's Office during business hours with a photo id.
