Attention May 2015 Degree Candidates ~ BSU requires all degree candidates to file a degree application with the appropriate office. The formal graduation review process begins with this step. All students who intend to complete their degree requirements by May must apply as follows: Undergraduate students: You must complete a degree application with the Registrar's Office, Boyden Hall, room 003. At the time you apply to graduate, your degree audit should show that all requirements are "met". Graduate students: You must complete a degree application with the College of Graduate Studies, Maxwell Library, room 019. At the time you apply to graduate, your degree audit should show that all requirements are "met". NOTE: The May 2015 degree application deadline is long past due. If you wish to receive your degree in May, you must apply to graduate as soon as possible! You may not receive tickets for May Commencement unless you have applied to graduate with the appropriate office and received preliminary approval from the academic department. Students who are not fully approved by late April may not be listed on the Commencement program. Students who do not apply before May Commencement will need to apply for the August 2015 degree completion. For Students Who Plan to Complete Their Degree during the Summer or Fall of 2015~ Undergraduate students who intend to complete their degree requirements during the Summer of 2015 may apply for August 2015 degree completion in the Registrar's Office starting at this time after registering for final courses and their degree audit shows that all requirements are met. December 2015 degree candidates may apply for degree completion starting April 27th, after they pre-register for final courses; and their degree audit shows that all requirements will be met. Graduate students who intend to complete their degree requirements during the Summer of 2015 must apply for August 2015 degree completion in the College of Graduate Studies by June 1st. December 2015 degree candidates may begin to apply starting April 27th.
